Refunds:

If for any reason, you are not satisfied, please return items in their original packaging in NEW, UNUSED, and UNINSTALLED condition within 14 days of the receipt of your purchase for complete refund. For returns after 14 days, we do not refund the product. Shipping for all returns is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed to. BMX24SEVEN retains the right to grant full or partial refunds at its discretion. If you received free shipping, you will receive a refund less the cost of originally shipping the product to you.

Exchange Policy:

If you would like to exchange your item, please send your order back in its original packaging in NEW, UNUSED, and UNINSTALLED condition within 5 days of receipt of your purchase. Customers will be charged the difference if the exchanged item is of greater cost than the original. Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed to. If using the exchange form packed in with your order, please ensure payment information is correct, including a signature for authorization.

Shipping:

In stock orders ship within one - two business day. Shipping days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

BMX24SEVEN is not able to guarantee that the couriers will not occasionally make mistakes in their estimates, whether it be due to weather or some other unforeseeable circumstances. If you do have an issue related to a late delivery, we'll make every effort to assist you in tracking the packaging and updating the delivery estimate. We will not be able to refund your shipping fees if a package arrives later than estimated due to a situation with your address, limited access to the delivery location or a delay on the part of the courier.

Shipping Damage:

If you receive parts that were damaged during shipping, please contact us at info@bmx24seven.com. We can only assist you when the product has been sent by us to the specified address. We are not liable for damage caused by you to a customer or orders picked up by your carrier.

Order Corrections:

If an error was made in the fulfillment process, please notify us within 72 hours of receiving the product so that we can make the necessary corrections. Shipping of replacement items and return shipping will be handled by BMX24SEVEN.

Refunds Policy:

We will create a credit invoice within 5 working days of receipt and refund the money. 

Custom Fees:

Customs duties, taxes, and any additional fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more details.
